2909 Gamato fails 2013 LLG elections in six Highlands Provinces

Electoral Commissioner Patilias Gamato announced today (September 29, 2016) that he has made separate decisions to fail the 2013 LLG elections in all the 27 LLG presidential seats and 605 Ward Councilors seats in six of the seven Highlands provinces.
